Individual Sports Programs Train with no more than two other athletes in a 3:1 ratio or less and focus intensely on the specific demands of your sport. All athletes will have a written workout plan and a flow sheet to track progress. Individual Consult & Test An initial consultation is conducted which includes an emphasis on past medical history, workout history, and program goals. The athlete is put through a series of tests to determine strengths and weaknesses. A program is then designed to assist the individuals in meeting their sports performance goals. Time is spent in familiarizing the athlete with a new workout plan. A re-test is booked to chart progress and to update the program. SCFA staff provides support in the interim, answering any questions or concerns. Group Sports Programs Our group programs incorporate all the same performance-enhancing components as our individual programs; however, an all-sports approach allows up to 12-16 athletes representing a variety of sports to train effectively together. Beginners and those experienced in training will find benefit in these fun, creative sessions. Total Golf: An Off-Season Performance Enhancement Program - Video Biomechanical Swing Analysis
