Sports Performance Programs are designed to maximize sports performance in athletes. Our Strength and Conditioning coaches customize the athlete’s sports performance programs based on the individual’s previous injuries and goals of competition. These programs target all aspects that are critical for success in athletic competition including flexibility, strength, power, agility, balance, and speed. Programs are offered throughout the year and in all sports. Our expert staff consists of certified strength and conditioning specialists, physical therapists, and athletic trainers. Our flexible open enrollment plan allows you to join at any time, committing each month to between one and four sessions per week under the direction and supervision of our professionally trained and certified staff. All athletes are tested in a variety of ways initially and then periodically to assess both strengths and weaknesses and to chart program success. Participants should be at least ten years of age. All sessions occur on-site at Rehab 3 at Marsh Brook. Special considerations can be made for off-site programs. Call us for rates.
